Disgusting Service Delivery

<p>Your service delivery is absolutely pathetic. I logged a call on 10 December 2016 for a landline relocation and today is the 23 December 2016 and nobody has pitched up to install the line. I have called Telkom everyday, only to receive different excuses from your call centre personnel. After speaking to a supervisor I was told that the line would only be installed on the 10 January 2017. A whole month later. I have no confidence that Telkom will install the line on that day. My reference number is ********** 77. How many years is it going to take before you send out a technician to install the line?</p>
