Disgusting Service Delivery

I have requested a transfer of telephones from Steynsburg to Heideveld, Athlone beginning November and up until today, the service has not been delivered. I called the customer service line numerous occasions being promised that it would be done, but nothing materialises. I am livid to say the least. On two occasions I was asked to first make payments, which I did, but yet no service has been delivered. I am hoping that this would make a difference. I have also gone to a Telkom branch in Vangate Mall, twice, where the manager assisted in calling the customer service line. I asked to speak to the call centre manager and was told that the person is not available. What else do I need to do to get proper service from Telkom which is supposed to be an established company delivering nothing but excellent service. I hope that I will receive a speedy response and a satisfactory (at least) service from Telkom.
