Disgusting Service by Telkom

I joined Telkom a month ago and I’ve already received the most shocking service I have ever seen in my life. I have called, emailed and chatted to agents but to no avail. I keep getting promised that I will get a callback but that never happens. Sad to say I was warned about the useless provider many times but my God I had no idea it would be this terrible in just a month. I’m utterly disgusted by the service
