Disgusting service

I upgraded my contract and canceled the previous one i had with telkom but they kept deducting till date. I called customer service and complained about this, asked that they refund my money because the previous contract hasn’t been in use since i upgraded and i was told it was going to be done. I’m very disappointed and want to cancel all the contracts i have with them. To think that i’ve been recommending them to my neighbors on our whatsapp group. I’m going to post this and tell them of the worst service they have
