Disgusting service

My fiber lines have been down for 4 days now. I've logged a call and was told it will take 24 hours as the fault is from telkoms end.

Im reliant on telkom as my solar system, my geysers, etc all work with my Internet connection. No feedback at all or updates are progress

Absolutely pathetic service!

Will i be reimbursed for my money spent on phone calls and data??? They keep saying they will get back to me and call me but never happens

This is an error in telkoms side!! Yet they too damn lazy to come out and work
