Disgusting service

I have been calling Telkom for a month now and their service is disgusting. All I want is a tax invoice to he sent to me on a monthly basis instead of a statement and if the dont drop the line on your while you're speaking they put you on hold. Today was the worst, agent I spoke to was very rude and refused to put me through to a manager. I want those tax invoices, I am entitled to them
