Disgusting service at telkom mobile

I am really dissapointed and unfortunately disgusted at how staff at telkom mobile handled me as a client, they made me feel like by them giving me a contract they doing me a favour. Firstly I app**** for an iPhone 6 plus contract last week, I was told to come collect it on Wednesday but I said I couldn't make it il come Thursday which is today, at around 4 a guy called Jeff who handled my application, called me to tell I cannot get the phone as his manager named Alice says he should give it. To certain people who app**** before me. Which for me. Are lies. I went to the store as initially I was already on my way, when I get the the store was closed due to power cuts, but the door was open and at the door was a certain Caucasian man who seemed to be inquiring about something. But when I approached the door a certain young man in the store stood up and closed the door I asked why he said we closed and I told him why can't you help like you helping this man at the door. He apologized then Jeff came out told me some ****py story about how he can't give me the phone because his manager Alice said so, so now I have to wait another week. Which is totally ununacceptable,
