Disgusting service at Telkom

<p>On the 27th of July we have informed Telkom that we had no internet services . We have lodged numerous complaints on the Telkom website, plus we have called on a daily basis regarding our problem. We have been told that they are resolving the issue but it has been a month now without any feedback about our internet access. We have been also told that our problem has been noted as priority but still no response from Telkom about it. We had to phone everyday regarding the progress . Telkom's customer services are extreamly pathetic. </p>
