Disgusting service at Mall of Africa / Fourways Mall

I’m so disgusting by the service I have received from Telkom FOURWAYS MALL and MALL OF AFRICA , my phone was ****** so I had to block my SIM card for security purposes all this happened on 15th of December . I’ve missed there branches over 5 times trying to get my line unsuspended and they keep taking me from pillar to post . On the 24th I went to Telkom mall of Africa and again was not assisted instead they made me buy a SIM card and said they would call me when to do my sim swap at home because there systems were off line , till this day I’m still waiting for a call . Why make me buy a SIM card for an unresolved issue then not call to even provide feedback . I JUST NEED MY NUMBER UNSUSPENDED AS IVE BEEN USING IT FOR YEARS
