Disgusting Service as usual

Telkom are the most disgusting service provider. Our service dropped at 12:30 today and even though I tried contacting them (8 calls) they simply divert you and then drop the call so as to annoy you. I waited for 35 minutes on a single call for a person to get information for me before they simply dropped the call. Telkom deduct from my account without any issues, but when they must service us it's a problem. Telkom disgust me and their staff are arrogant and rude. No supervisors or any escalation process offered. Never ever again will I contract with them.
