Disgusting service as usual

I spoke to christen on the 5 June re my bill being incorrect and she told me that she will excalate and get back to me. I called account this morning and spoke to a lesego who is telling me I need to do this this and that to get this sorted and thus made me so mad because almost the whole month is gone and I'm waiting for feedback and nothing and now when I am telling the agent I am not doing anything as this should have been sorted by telkom she put the phone down. My number is *** i want Christen to call me and I want this sorted today
