Disgusting service as usual!!

My phone line has now been down since mid December 2017. It's been logged and escalated several times. every single time I phone I get told that a technician will call me. This has NEVER happened!! NOT ONE SINGLE SOLITARY TIME!!!!

I have phoned 10210 so many times and still zero results!

FIX MY PROBLEM, TELKOM!!!!
