Disgusting service and theft!

Absolutely disgusting service from Telkom! Biggest regret using your services! You debit my account for collection after I have already settled the account using my debit card. Now you refuse to reactivate my services or refund my payment! Now you ***** my money and don't allow me to work from home during lockdown! Disgusting to say the least!
