Disgusting service and shortage of stock.

Telkom is horrible. I wanted to do an early upgrade and I went to the store to place an order for the iPhone 11. They said it would take a week. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't received the phone. I called the store and there was no answer (as always). I then called the call center so that they can check the status of my order only to find out that my order has been cancelled for no particulra reason. When I went to the store to query this the guy who helped me made excuses and told me I need to order again because they don't have stock. I am so disgusted by the service I received.
