Disgusting service and poor system

I went to Telkom East rand mall branch to do sim swap, I was assisted by consultant Tshepo. I paid the money for simswap then he told me that after 10- 15 min the simcard will be working.After the promised time the simcard was not working. I spend the whole day simcard not working. I went to the store again, they told me that it will be working before the business day end. Now it's almost a week the simcard is not active. I tried to go back for refund they promised me that it will be active but still now is not active.
