Disgusting service and incorrect billing

Appalling service from this service provider! Never ever in my life have I come across an organisation that doesn’t put the needs of their customer first, customer service to them is nonexistent. Their consultants don’t even bother to follow up or call a customer and updated when they have a query . I don’t recommend Telkom even to my worst enemy. Utterly disgusted by how they are not even moved when a customer complains.
