Disgusting service and even worst signal

I have been without internet for 5 weeks! Reported this on the 3rd of December after purchasing a new router and sim swap. A case was opened but closed after 7 days of not been attending, opened a new one and still nothing. I was kept on hold for 57 minutes yesterday just to talk to a team leader. The call center agents are rude and not adequately trained, there is a clear disregard for customer satisfaction. Absolutely disgusting! I've had enough of this bull!
