Disgusting service and Disgraceful customer service

I requested to speak to a manager 3 times relating to my query as to why my d/o mandate is unsuccessful for 2 months but on the 3rd month you guys decide to debit over 1k from my bank account.I had called in on multiple occasions to rectify my account no one gets back to me.

I had left messages with agents for seniors to return my call as no one can answer why the mandate after it successfully debits from my account doesn't work then after 3 months it does.

Your company is a ***** and I would like to cancel my agreement with this company that continuously ***** from their paying clients.

Return ASAP with either a resolution or confirmation that my account is canceled.
