Disgusting service and Bad Attitude

Hi<br> <br> This is really disgusted, I received a call from Telkom technician and was put in a very sarcastic way of where do you live and why were you not home? This is not proper service , i am not really impressed.<br> <br> When arriving i the attitude was very bad.<br> <br> This is the third technician who has come on site.<br> <br> Fault Number : 42CRK100515<br> <br> <br> Regards<br> Wayne
