Disgusting Service and Agents lying

I'm sick and tired of Telkom taking me for a ride. I have been calling Telkom since November began more than 10 times and still my query is not resolved, now to make things worse the bill comes up as me owing R496.70 which is double the amount we didn't agree on. I had a manager confirm that my query is sorted, only to find out that it's all lies.

Your agents have been lying because I also wanted to update my contact information since I couldn't do it online, iv been told it's been updated which has been a lie.

I've been with Telkom for years and iv never had a problem but ever since this issue, your customer service is disgusting and lying to customers is on another level.

I regret taking Telkom because a simple issue comes with more issues that they create and at the end they can't solve. I'm sick of you
