Disgusting Service

Telkom is absolutely useless for a so called well known company. The call center lady Zipho assurance PE could not help me with a ref number or order number. According to her it's sales that we should be in contact with. My mother in laws LTE line was canceled and she re-app**** as they had already converted the number to a business account for another customer. The number has not been changed back to a residential address line from last week 30th of August 2019 we were told to wait 48 to 72 hours for the line to be converted it was been more than 48 to 72 hours is this the kind of service or image telkom would want to have.
