disgusting service!

So I logged a claim for my device on the 19-04-2021 and till this day no feedback? And then I try calling into the contact centre to do a follow up, waiting for almost 15 minutes in the line the agents decide to hang up! how do you think people are calling? With love and fresh air? This is airtime that we use to make these calls! their service is Putrid, I am really disgusted in Telkom Mobile.
