Disgusting service

Telkom are without a doubt the worst company in South Africa as far as service is concerned. There is just no way a person can speak to anyone in order to cancel an account, emails are always no return, if you can get through on the phone you wait for 3 quarters of an hour listening to adverts but no one comes to answer. I tried daily for hours without success.
