Disgusting service

<p>I am furious with the service of Telkom. And I am about to take this matter further as I have had enough of the lies and promises that have been made by the staff. Every time we have been in contact with the call centre we have been told different things every time. Firstly we get told it’s been allocated to a technician and then the next time you speak to someone they say no it hasn’t yet been allocated to a technician. I even had a lady pretend to phone the so called technician who conveniently didn’t answer and then she phoned the ‘manager’ who would sort it out the following day and she would phone me with an update. Well I am still waiting for that phone call two weeks later. I phoned the following day when I hadn’t been phoned and that agent said it hadn’t yet been assigned to a technician. We had had about 3 calls from Cape town saying that they would make sure it gets fixed. Well again we still sit waiting. It has been over a month now with the matter being on URGENT and still nothing so I would hate to see what their go slow is. We are still expected to pay for this service we are not receiving and to top it off we have had to spend hundreds on data as well. The incompetence is mind blowing and yet these people who clearly don’t actually work get paid their salary every month. Something needs to get done NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
