Disgusting service

<p>On the evening of the 19th I visited the telkom store in woodlands boulevard. Upon entering the store I had to approach a women named Sophi mthombeni as she did not look interested in assisting me. Upon approaching her she didn't greet me back and then rudely stipulated that she cannot assist me as she was waiting for a customer to return to the store. I then asked her about the November R99 promotion and when the night time hours for this deal start and finish , she then stated that the night time hours are from</p> <p>7pm to 7 am. I then left the store and returned today with the required documentation to sign up for the promotion only to be told that the information I was provided with was incorrect I was then told by her colleagues that the service which I had experienced is normal behavior for her. I do not understand why *********** employees with no customer service and no or very little product information are placed behind the counter. To sum up my experience in this particular Telkom store, I'd say I was completely disgusted by everything from the moment I walked in. Poor poor service.</p>
