disgusting service

Telkom decided to stop the wifi data being given to us on our contracts then sent an sms stating they will compensate us for the remainder of our contracts with 2 GB of data , today i call telkom and spoke to a lady by the name of Tsogofetso who is managed by Charmaine and was absolutely rude and stated that it was just a once off which means telkom sent communication to clients which was misleading i want the 2 GB until mu contract ends or the 10GB that was given on my contract or else i am cancelling all services with telkom because they mislead clients I signed a contract for 24 months and that 10GB of wifi was included i signed for it so telkom and you rude employees do something as in today oh and i almost forgot to state that your consultant was talking over me as a client
