Disgusting service

I requested a call back from a shop that said they couldn't help me as I was not in the store. The first time the Telkom call center called me back, the operator put me on hold for more than 12 minutes while he was checking something. I put the phone doen and requested another call back which never came... Absolutely disgusting service.
