Disgusting service

I am very upset and disappointed with the quality of service provided by the representatives. My telkom line has been off since 13 July and it is now 19 July, literally a whole week. We are on a contract so it means we won’t even get that money back. I’ve been calling everyday since 13th and no help has come my way. We all work from home so we are loosing business. I spent so much money on airtime phoning Telkom. I am so sick of this and would not recommend Telkom to anyone.
