Disgusting service

<p>I was called and convinced to take out the contract after weeks of waiting for the device to be delivered finally it was delivered. When you call the cell direct the phone only rings and no one attends to you. Right now I am stuck with a phone and a SIM card that has not been activated. I call them and the phone just rings and then hangs up they knew to call when they wanted the contract to be taken no they are unreachable I want to cancel this contract </p>
