Disgusting service

Telkom service is so disgusting and extremely bad, I'm told that I'm owning for November and I forwarded them my bank statement to show that the debit went through, instead they suspended my account whilst I'm owning them nothing. Calling them is a waste of time because you will be promised feedback which will never come.
