Disgusting service

Very bad service... I've had a problem with my invoice from the inception of my contract with telkom (every month is a different amount, in fact it keeps increasing). I escalated the matter and the response was that I should return to the store where I took the contract. Been to the store several times but my matter still hasn't been resolved. They have no regard for people at all.
