DISGUSTING SERVICE !!

The service i have received from telkom is shocking , no body is sorting out my account its been a battle since before the lock down

no team leader phones back or assists

its disgusting

Im being charged on figures which are incorrect due to there incompetence when the account is cancelled plus on late payment charges WHICH IS TELKOMS FAULT !!!

WHY AS CONSUMERS WE ARE ARE TAKEN FOR A JOKE AND CONSTANTLY BEING **********

Im taking this further to the ombudsman today !!
