Disgusting service

Absolutely disgusting service. I called the call centre twice to get my some help with the telkom app and not one of them could assist. They sound very unprofessional in any case and you can barely even hear what they are saying. I am trying to reset my app password and this stupid thing send the Otp to my email after 5 mins of requesting it only to know that the opt is only valid for 3 minutes. Come on.. Seriously this is just ridiculous.. Especially since your agents say they cannot assist from their side.. What *******
