Disgusting service

<p>I app**** for a landline over a month ago, the technician came out and told me that they can't install the line cause there junction box on the poll is hanging loose and needs to be replaced. He also said that can only be done once the creeper has been removed from the poll. It has been almost a month and a half now, I can't get through to the service center and the walk in store is just as pathetic. It's as if they give you the finger and say there's nothing you can do about it. I'm so ****ed off and frustrated and what can you do at the end of the day......NOTHING !!!!!</p>
