Disgusting service

I have been trying for more than a month to get my parents Telkom account sorted out. All I get is empty promises and a load of Bull**** as far as I am concerned. Different amounts are deducted monthly and never reimbursed as promised. I have requested that management or someone who can assist contact me but nobody does. They quick to take money but not fix their problems. Staff are *********** and nobody seems to know what they are doing. Think we should all use alternative business units as it seems they either making too much money or don't care about service. Never in my life have I got such pathetic service it seems people are totally *********** nowadays I want someone to contact me before month end otherwise I am going to the newspaper and ombudsman
