DISGUSTING SERVICE

Cant complaint about the service because there is none. Telkom is just a bunch of ***** that make huge promises but fulfil none. It is all about the money, but no customer satisfaction whatsoever. NO TCF!!! Telkom billed me for much higher than what I signed for, I lodged a complaint and Rafeeqah told me to pay the next instalment which was also much higher to protect my credit record, and that it would be refunded... To my surprise, this was not done. She told me that she would be changing all the packages and that i'd be refunded for all the months I over paid... not done! I WANT MY MONEY BACK, not credited on my account, I want it put into my account as promised. I am sick of this pathetic service. I will be lodging this on SPEAK OUT as this is against my consumer rights, the world must know Telkom for who and what they really are, PATHETIC!
