DISGUSTING SERVICE!!

I went into Telkom Kolonnade in February this year and completed cancelation forms with a lady called Yvette to cancel my late fathers mobile number. Till date they are still deducting money off my Dad's account!! This is way past disgusting!! I have phoned them numerous times and all they do is give me case numbers and nothing gets done. This is despicable behavior from Telkom!!
