DISGUSTING SERVICE

***. My 500 Mg laptop deal was cancelled and I received my settlement amount via telephone. I asked for an email to be sent with the amount and confirming the information she told me such as that I wont be billed for the deal 25 April and only need to pay the settlement. To date I have received no email. I've emailed and emailed cancellations with no response! the response from the [Email Removed] email address did not help at all and Im told they cant tell me the settlement what ** is that when it was told to me telephonically to me!. This is making me extremely angry I will reverse all costs and I am considering cancelling my second contract aswell due to this terrible experience!
