Disgusting Service

I have logged several faults with Telkom only to have the cleared without solving. Again today I called to complain and was told a technician was logged to solve the fault. Well it's 16h25 and surprise surprise Telkom you have again failed to come through with your promises. I have had no contact and the fault in still there. If you say you are going to do something then do it. Come to my home call and at least make an effort to resolve my complaint. The service is unacceptable and this should not be acceptable!!! My husband logged a HelloPeter coplaint earlier and had a call within an hour assuring him the complaint was being handeld...and NOTHING!!!!! Management should be made aware of this service.
