Disgusting Service

Hi<br> With response to my query dated 06/01/2015 refernce number SM 178304 i still havent received any feed back from the said store for the life of me can I have a customer service number for telkom.<br> <br> If this is the level of service provided by a Cooperate company I can only imagine the heartache, pain and suffering the aged, crippled, disabled and handicapped are been endured to. I also believe your management and your customer services as no common, reasonable sense of proper customer service and ethics to liaise with the public. This portrays a poor image as a service provider and to our beautiful country<br> <br> I was inconvenienced and loss of time visiting this store on numerous occasions to query on the progress of the application<br> <br> I seek your assistance to provider me a Customer Service number as these employees within this this store dont respond to emails or take calls. <br> <br> Regards
