Disgusting Service.

Over the past 2 weeks I have experienced appalling service while trying to get my internet restored. None of the online technical methods have worked. I am phoning on a daily basis and eventually requested a technician be sent even if I have to pay the fee. All I get is a reference number which is closed a day later and nothing happens. I think this rates as the worst service attitude I have experienced.
