Disgusting service

Have been recieved emails for products from telkom.Its called broadband unlimited, I have been sending emails and making calls, but noone knows about the product.The level of incompetence and the attitude of the staff is on another level. Management is always in meetings, never available to assist, their clueless agents. Disgusting service. Billing also is always questionable.
