Disgusting service

I am not happy with their service at all, utterly disgusted and this is the second time we have placed an order for something with telkom and have been taken from pillar to post just to receive it.

They do not follow up, I do not know how may times I have been following up on the same order and each time I am told something different that's wrong and these could have been things that could have been confirmed on the 1st call I made. Over a month of placing an order and still have not received it till this day.
