DISGUSTING SERVICE

Telkom should just close down...its a total ********!!!! One star is too high for them! absolute useless service, unable to transfer calls. One has to continuously call back, staff are only taught one thing at a time. You may as well have robots working there. No way of escalating issues either! no management to assist! outsourcing companies hands are tied due to the unprofessional, uncommunicated work/ service by Telkom!
