Disgusting Service

I am a new customer and for over a month now I have been trying to get an ADSL line. Telkom was supposed to come and install the telephone line and ADSL and after so many stories from their consultants I finally decided to cancel and try go with another service provider. I am now waiting for the installation fee to be paid back into my bank account. Their service is disgusting and to think that they wanted me to ask my neighbor for their phone number, how creepy so that they can find a pole when that is bs as there is no pole, it's a phone box that they need to install the lines into. Well I will never use Telkom again for anything.
