DISGUSTING SERVICE!

I cancelled my contract with Telkom on the 10 May 2019 telephonically with an agent called Winile Ngubo and she had advised me that I would pay for the subscription until the 30th June 2019. To my surprise on the 5th July 2019, I received an invoice saying there was an amount due and would be deducted from my account on the 31st July 2019. I immediately called their call centre and spoke to Nkululeko Phakathi. He checked and informed me that my contract was partially cancelled by Winile and that I would still need to pay for the data usage used for July. (WHOSE PROBLEM IS IT THAT SOMEONE DIDN'T DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY?). I told him that I wouldn't pay a cent for someone else's incompetency. He assured me that the will escalate the matter immediately and have a senior called me the very same day. (I'M STILL WAITING FOR THAT CALL). On the 9th July 2019 I called Telkom AGAIN! This time I spoke to Sibongile Abrahams, whom I've had to explain my query to ALL OVER AGAIN. She apparently went back and forth consulting with her "manager" Siyabonga Mkhwa****. She came back to me saying that "Mr manager" says the cancellation request had been escalated to the relevant department, but I would have to pay for the data usage. (AGAIN, I DIDN'T ASK FOR TELKOM TO CREDIT ME WITH DATA). Sibongile sent me a a cancellation form, which I filled in and sent it back to her. She said she would send the request through, as well as the dispute on the payment that I'm suppose to pay. I requested to speak to Siyabonga, whom was "on a call". I told her I wanted him to call me back the very same day,as I'm not happy. (I'M STILL WAITING FOR HIS CALL). Yesterday I sent Sibongile an email following up on Siyabonga's call and expressed how disgusted I am by their service. She rep**** by saying she would make that that he called me. (It's now 09:04am, 11 July 2019, STILL NO CALL FROM MR MANAGER!!!!!). My customer experience with telkom has been appalling, to say the least. YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS! SIYABONGA MKHWA**** CALL ME!!!!!
