Disgusting service

10/07/2019 - I have been on the phone with Telkom for 1hour 35mins so resolve an issue that has been going on for almost 3month. I was sent from one agent to another, I have been sent from one department to another and by the sound of it no one wanted to help me including the so called useless manager by the name of Inbanathan Govender who refused to take my call as the so called manager because he claims he does not have any information and does not know I how he can help. Inbanathan Govender communicated with me using his call centre agent and refused to speak to me directly. The call centre agent also refused to put me through to the manager. I am not sure as to how you are running a business where a manager is never available or refuses to speak to client.

An email was sent to *** so that a contact person details for our business can be changed, but this has not happened at all. Instead we are being mistreated and neglected as clients and I was told there is no department for this email address.

Thank you for the disgusting serving and we will be moving our business somewhere else.
