DISGUSTING SERVICE

LAST WEEK I REPORTED A FAULT VIA SMS AFTER DOING IT VIA THE SITE (never got answers from site ). got ref ***5. on Friday, a very arrogant agent arranged to call me the following day and never did. i have the full recording as proof if needed. please help
