Disgusting service

Telkom is the most pathetic and they are dogs no one can ever assist they have currently not being debiting me on my debit order date every month then debit when they feel like so they can take extra they have done that last month now again and every month there is money in my account now when I ask to speak to a manager I cannot because he is working from home how is that my problem, oh and they have blocked my line again after debitin me almost double on the 25th sep, hight unsatisfied with the service, now I must wait 24hours for my line to be connected which is a fault on there side.
