Disgusting service

I app**** for unlimited internet services in January 2021 and an installation was done in February 2021.18 March 2021 my router stopped working , I called and was told to take it to my nearest telkom they brought it back and said it cant be fixed .Made several calls and without help on the 21st April 2021 they collected the router and was told they will deliver a new one within 5 working days ,today its the 17th May 2021 and still haven't received anything .The saddest part is debit orders are going through .I'm so disgusted by their services .I just need my money back and cancel your services .
